BIRTHDAY PARTIES!
Our team will organize and set up everything for you, from decorations to activity stations, so the space is ready to go when the party starts. Once everything is set up, the parents are free to host and enjoy the party for the full 2 hours. You’ll have everything you need to ensure a fun and seamless celebration, and we’ll take care of all the details so you can focus on making memories!
Suggested Timeline
Arrival - 10 minutes : Guests will arrive, check in, and settle in. Our team will have the venue ready for you, so all you need to do is greet your guests and get everyone comfortable.
Snacks & Activities - 1 hour
Gifts - 20-30 minutes
Cake/Cupcakes - 20 minutes
Pack Up - 10 minutes : As the party wraps up, help guests pack up their party favor bags and say your goodbyes.
Guidelines
Please note that only the birthday child's parents are permitted to stay in the party room.
We kindly ask that you allow yourself ample time to pack up within your designated time slot.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. In the event of a party postponement by the client, the deposit may be applied to a new party date within 6 months from the cancellation date.
We respectfully request that no outside food be brought into the venue.
We require at least one month in advance to ensure the party is well-organized and meets your expectations. If booking within a shorter time frame, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request.
