Our Story

Hi!

 

I’m 36 years old. My heart is taken by my 3 beautiful nieces and the sweetest nephew who mean the world to me. I have a Bachelor's degree, with a background in entrepreneurship, human resources, event coordination, and esthetics.

 

In 2015, I faced a food-related health challenge that inspired me to make a change. After focusing on my health and getting back on track, I realized our town lacked healthy options, so I decided to take action. After a lot of research and planning, I opened an online store with pickup-only healthy meals in 2019, operating out of a small kitchen in the back of our local grocery store.

A few years later, we moved to a cute and cozy spot on 9th Street, where customers could finally pop in and grab our meals from the fridge.

Fast forward to 2024, and risotto & co. is now in the cutest boutique in downtown Hearst, where we offer events, experiences, and so many more to come! 

​

We’re really proud of how far we’ve come, but trust me, the best is yet to come. Stay tuned for all the exciting things we have in store!
